That means lightning-fast payouts for hyper-growth businesses, bulletproof acquiring that thrives under massive volume spikes, and cross-border disbursements into the markets other providers completely ignore.

Our Workplace & Culture
We are a small team carrying a large amount of responsibility, and we like it that way.
There are very few layers here. The people who come up with great ideas are empowered to build them. We work across different cities, so we have learned to write things down, trust each other across time zones, and judge work by what it does rather than how long it took.

CV Received
You apply, and a real person reads it. We look for evidence that you understand the work. So a specific, considered application always beats a generic one.
Recruiter screen
A short call to cover the basics: what you have built, what you are looking for next, and whether the role and the scope here genuinely fit. You will get straight answers to your questions too.
Role-based task
A practical exercise that looks like the actual job, and we tell you up front what we are assessing. We are less interested in a perfect answer, we want to know how YOU think.
Hiring manager interview
Time with the person you would report to and one or two of the people from your team. By the end you should have a clear picture of the team, the problems, and what your first months would look like.
Offer
If it is a fit on both sides, we move quickly. Clear terms and a transparent salary band.
